Victoria Mobley
As USOA Teen Georgia 2026, Victoria Mobley is an accomplished student leader, advocate, and founder dedicated to empowering the next generation. She is the CEO and Founder of "Girl, Yes You Can!" - an empowerment platform that inspires young girls to build confidence, resilience, and leadership skills through conferences, service events, and interactive workshops. Victoria is also passionate about raising awareness for uveitis, an autoimmune condition she personally faces, using her voice to educate others and encourage perseverance.
Victoria’s leadership and service have earned her numerous honors, including the Presidential Volunteer Service Award for completing over 500 volunteer hours, multiple Trustee Awards of Excellence, and selection as one of only four students chosen for a competitive City Hall Law Internship. She actively serves in leadership roles through student organizations, youth leadership programs, and public speaking initiatives.
A talented performer and communicator, Victoria enjoys musical theater, singing, acting, and mentoring others. She aspires to become a civil rights attorney and expand Girl, Yes You Can! into an international non-profit organization.
She lives by her personal motto: “Your greatest superpower is being yourself. Your voice and your story matters… and always remember, Girl, Yes You Can!”

Shay Nderi
As USOA Miss Georgia 2026, Shay is a passionate advocate for Autism Awareness and Acceptance, inspired by her younger sister Addison’s diagnosis in 2020. Currently pursuing a degree in Special Education after formally studying Early Childhood Education, she is dedicated to building the knowledge and compassion needed to support individuals on the autism spectrum. Through her hands-on work with clients ages 2–15, Shay continues to deepen her understanding of neurodiversity and make a meaningful impact. She plans to earn her Board-Certified Behavior Analyst credentials and open clinics nationwide to serve underserved youth.
Shay is actively involved in her community, serving as an emcee, volunteering with special needs programs, participating in literacy initiatives such as Read with a Queen, and supporting local youth events. Her service reflects her commitment to empowering others through education, representation, and advocacy.
A dedicated athlete, Shay is a former member of the EHS Swim Team and ranked among the Top 50 swimmers in Georgia. She lives by the words of Eleanor Roosevelt: “The future belongs to those who believe in the beauty of their dreams.”

Jamelia Potter
As USOA Ms. Georgia 2026, Jamelia Potter is an award-winning communications professional, educator, and passionate advocate for empowering the next generation. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications, a Master of Arts in New Media Journalism, and a teaching certification in A/V Technology and Film Production. Jamelia is a Telly Award and Communicator Award recipient for her documentary work, reflecting her dedication to meaningful storytelling that educates and inspires.
Her platform, Curves of Courage, is dedicated to uplifting girls by helping them embrace their unique beauty, build confidence, and make healthy, courageous choices. Jamelia actively serves her community through literacy initiatives, emotional wellness organizations, and empowerment workshops, including her signature “I Am Beautiful Because” program designed to help young girls develop confidence and positive self-image.
A natural performer, Jamelia thrives in theatre, acting, and singing, using the arts as a tool for connection and impact. She aspires to create educational television and digital programming for children while growing into a leadership role in communications. She lives by the words of Shahad Hussain: “Courage isn’t the absence of fear; it’s choosing to shine anyway.”

Linda Schumann
As USOA Mrs. Georgia 2026, Linda Schumann is an accomplished titleholder, model, and mentor who proudly represents Georgia with grace and purpose. She serves as Senior Vice President of People & Culture for a global hospitality company, where she is passionate about fostering environments where individuals feel valued, supported, and inspired to thrive.
Linda is also an accomplished endurance athlete and four-time full-distance Ironman finisher, demonstrating extraordinary discipline, resilience, and determination. Through her athletic journey, she has inspired others to pursue their goals and embrace challenges with confidence. She and her husband share a love of racing and believe in the power of perseverance to transform both body and mindset.
Dedicated to making a meaningful impact, Linda enjoys mentoring children and encouraging them to believe in their potential. She is honored to represent her title in communities across the nation and is truly excited to join her sister queens at Georgia Tourism Day at the Capitol with Georgia Governor Kemp and First Lady.
In addition to her professional and athletic pursuits, Linda enjoys modeling and traveling to new places, embracing opportunities to connect with diverse communities and experiences. She is proud to stand alongside her pageant sisters in empowering others and representing the United States of America Pageants brand with excellence.
