MS. GEORGIA 2020
Ashia Miller is a native of Effingham County, GA where she found success early on the French horn as a 1st chair All State player from middle school through high school, Governor's Honors participant, high school drum-major, and Who's Who recipient. These accolades earned her a full tuition scholarship to attend Florida State University where she obtained a Bachelor's of Arts degree in Classical Music with a concentration in French Horn Performance.
In 2015, she was a News Intern and On-Air Personality for the internationally successful brand: The Pageant Planet and hopes to continue a career in broadcast journalism with her sights set on CNN and Entertainment Tonight. In 2016, she won the title of Miss Georgia United States and traveled to Las Vegas to compete in the national Miss United States pageant. She is a published author of the book, “5 Keys to Success: A Plan to Win” and plans to publish other books in the future.
Based on her platform of ending hunger, she formed The Dinner Plate Project in the summer of 2017 to give back to organizations and communities in need. To date, through generous donations, she has been able to help families in several cities around the USA as well as Puerto Rico. As the CEO of her own business, Crown Jewel Productions, she recently produced the Miss Southern Empire pageant for kids aged baby to 12 years old and plans to make it an annual event that will also help benefit the community. She is also the reigning USOA Ms. Georgia 2020 and recently placed 1st Runner Up at the national United States of America’s Ms pageant in Las Vegas, Nevada.
